Edith Loch is the Director Client Outcomes, at MacKillop Family Services. Edith has extensive experience in the child welfare field including 30 years in government in Victoria, working in direct service delivery, policy development and implementation roles in Child Protection and Out of Home Care. This included the evaluation and expansion of Therapeutic Residential Care (TRC) in Victoria and residential workforce development initiatives. She has worked at MacKillop for 9 years and has a lead role in building the capacity of the organisation to measure and report on the impact of its services and using data-led decision making to improve client outcomes. Her current role includes the oversight of a MacKillop wide Residential Care Governance Group, a bi-annual survey of all young people in residential care and the monitoring of client outcomes across MacKillop residential homes.
