Founded in January 2022, Praxis Solutions was established in response to the growing need within the Child Protection and Disability sectors for quality, trauma-informed care and placement options. From the very beginning, our focus has been on providing the highest level of care and support to children, young people, and individuals with disabilities, particularly in the face of increasingly complex needs.
As we work to address these needs, we recognize the challenges that families, carers, and care providers face. In Queensland, the rising complexity of care requirements has placed immense pressure on the placement system, contributing to higher rates of placement breakdowns. Praxis Solutions was created to not only address these challenges but to ensure that individuals and families receive the care and support they need to thrive in a system that often struggles to keep up with the growing demand.
