Phill is an experienced leader in the child protection and out-of-home care sector, with over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable children, families, and frontline staff in remote Aboriginal communities. As the Director of Out-of-Home Care Services at Act for KIDS, Phill oversees five safehouses and one Family Reunification House across Far North Queensland, working closely with local families and community leaders to ensure culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Phill is passionate about embedding First Nations voices into care systems and advocating for meaningful systemic reform.
