In the role of Manager for Practice Improvement and Quality, I’ve spent over three and a half years leading policy development and continuous improvement initiatives that are both innovative and grounded in solid research. Prior to this I have led the translation of research and knowledge into practical program initiatives that ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
With a background in translating research into effective service delivery, I leverage my skills to create an environment where co-design and consultation are the foundation of our work and underpin strategic initiatives, program development and innovation.
