With more than 20 years in leadership and practice development, Bianca Moerman joins the Board as a dynamic advocate for children, young people, and families. As Director – Practice CYF at Life Without Barriers, she oversees national clinical excellence, evidence-informed practice, and service delivery across a range of child, youth, and family programs.
Bianca has held key roles including National Manager Practice and Acting Deputy Director CYF QLD, and is known for her work in quality assurance, workforce capability, and strategic innovation. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Bianca brings deep governance knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement and sector collaboration.
